The Projection Room

The installation is composed by 3 video projections (each 40′), 20 cinema seats, a monitor and a surveillance camera.

The Projection Room is the first realization of the Attitudes project, which offers a series of video projections on the theme of the “partitioning of bodies” in various public (movie theaters, screening rooms) and private spaces. Reflecting the metonymic principle of the partitioning of bodies, the video projections present different “attitudes” of the body situated in recomposed spaces.

The bodies of the spectators are projected on cinema seats and a surveillance camera films the entire scene. It is the second piece of the serie “Attitudes”.
