Andrea’s Sky How a Bavarian mother became a renowned Korean shaman. Andrea tells her story in the first person, from her initiation in Korea in 2007 to the present day. Between two opposing worlds—Europe, heir to the rationalist thinking of the Enlightenment, and the East, a distant figure that is sometimes frightening but seductively exotic—Andrea, a Bavarian mother who became a shaman, is leading a personal and cultural revolution whose stakes are nothing less than life and death… The visible and the invisible This documentary is a continuation of the installation Andrea en conversation, which Natacha Nisic created for the Écho exhibition at the Jeu de Paume museum in Paris last fall. In her work, the artist constantly explores the invisible relationship between images, words, interpretation, symbols, and rituals. Her work weaves links between stories from the past and present to reveal the complexity of the relationships between the visible and the hidden, the spoken and the unspoken, the document and the narrative. She has presented several installations since 1995.
